Press to save. 7.4.2 Message alert on/off If the message alert is turned on, the corded base will give a short alert beep at the speaker volume set, when there is a new message recorded on the answering machine. 1. P 4. Press to save. 7.4.4 Record a memo You can record a memo which is stored on your answering machine and played back like a normal message. 1. Press P and , to select Answer Machine. P , 2. You can also record memo by pressing and holding r to start recording after a "beep" sound is heard. P Press to stop recording and save the message.
