Whether a port has this VID or has been made a member of another default VID, you cannot remove any port from its prior default VLAN until you have reassigned its PVID to its new value. Use the PVID Setting menu option of VLAN Management to change its PVID before attempting to remove it from its prior default membership. The PVID Configuration table contains parameters for assigning Port VLAN ID (PVID) values to interfaces. All ports must have a defined PVID. If no other value is specified, the default VLAN PVID is used. If you want to change the port's default PVID, you must first create a VLAN group that includes the port. To modify a PVID: 1.
