Host Authorization is a security feature to limit people who are not listed in the host table from accessing the switch using SNMP. In the Status field, press the Spacebar until the desired Status is displayed. Press Ctrl-W to save all changes. This failure occurs when a host tries to gain access to the system but the host's IP is not in the SNMP host table.
