Additionally, even with subjects of similar brightness, pictures can be taken at faster shutter speeds, and blurring caused by camera shake and subject movement can be reduced. When ISO sensitivity is set to Auto (default setting), the camera sets the ISO sensitivity automatically. • In D (Manual) mode, ISO sensitivity is fixed at ISO 80 if Auto or Fixed range auto is selected. E41 The exposure (brightness) can be changed automatically during continuous shooting. The default setting is Off. E42 Set how the camera determines the focus area using the autofocus to Face priority (A80), Auto, Manual, Center (normal), Center (wide), Subject tracking or Target finding AF (A79). E43 When Single AF (default setting) is selected, the camera focuses only while the shutter-release button is pressed halfway. When Full-time AF is selected, the camera focuses even when the shutter-release button is not pressed halfway. You may hear the sound of the camera focusing. E47 Adjust the flash output. Use this option when the flash is too bright or too dark. The default setting is 0.0. E48 Set the strength of the noise reduction function that is normally performed when recording the picture. The default setting is Normal. E48 Select On, Auto or Off (default setting) for the built-in ND filter. Set this feature to On in conditions such as when overexposure results from the subject being too bright, so E49 that the amount of light that enters the camera is reduced. Prevent loss of contrast details in highlights and shadows when shooting images. The default setting is Off. The current settings are stored in mode dial i (A49). The settings saved to mode dial i are reset. Shooting Features

ISO sensitivity

Higher ISO sensitivity allows you to take pictures of darker

subjects. Additionally, even with subjects of similar

brightness, pictures can be taken at faster shutter speeds,
