Switching Between the Monitor and Viewfinder (x Button) You can use the viewfinder when bright light under the open sky makes it difficult to see the monitor. Each press of the x button switches the display between the monitor and viewfinder. • When you fold the monitor against the camera body with the screen facing inward, the display in the monitor is switched to the viewfinder.
