The Basics of Shooting and Playback The Basics of Shooting and Playback Preparation 1 Charge the Battery 1 Prepare the included battery charger. If a plug adapter* is included with your camera, attach the plug adapter to the plug on the battery charger. Push the plug adapter firmly until it is securely held in place. Once the two are connected, attempting to forcibly remove the plug adapter could damage the product. * The shape of the plug adapter varies according to the country or region in which the camera was purchased. This step can be omitted if the plug adapter comes permanently bonded to the battery charger. 2 While pushing in the battery (1), set it into the battery charger (2). 1 2 20
