■ 7.1-channel playback Select the speakers (surround back, front high, front wide) you want to use for 7.1-channel playback. You can set which speakers you want to use by priority. See "Selecting Speaker Layout" (➔ page 49). Connect your power amplifier's analog audio input jacks to the AV receiver's SB/FH/FW EXT AMP*1 jacks with audio cables. To use the SB/FH/FW EXT AMP jacks, you must specify their channel with the "Preout to External Amplifier" setting (➔ page 59). You can set which speakers you want to use by priority.
