K PHONES jack (47) This 1/4-inch phone jack is for connecting a standard pair of stereo headphones for private listening. L MUSIC OPTIMIZER button (65) Turns the Music Optimizer on or off. M ZONE 2 and OFF buttons (79) The ZONE 2 button is used when setting Zone 2. The OFF button is used to turn off Zone 2. N TONE, -, and + buttons (64) Used to adjust the tone (bass and treble). O MOVIE/TV button (55) Selects the listening modes intended for use with movies and TV. P MUSIC button (55) Selects the listening modes intended for use with music. Q GAME button (55) Selects the listening modes intended for use with video games. R DISPLAY button (47) Displays various information about the currently selected input source. S DIGITAL INPUT button (42, 44) On the TX-SR506, used to assign digital inputs to input selectors. On the TX-SR576, selects the options for automatic audio input selection setup. T DIMMER (RT/PTY/TP) button (54, 46) Adjusts the display brightness. On the European modes, this is the RT/PTY/TP button, and it's used with RDS (Radio Data System). See "Using RDS (European models only)" on page 53. U MEMORY button (52) Used when storing or deleting radio presets. V TUNING MODE button (50) Selects the Auto or Manual tuning mode for AM and FM radio. W SETUP MIC (36) The automatic speaker setup microphone connects here. X AUX INPUT (30, 61) Used to connect a camcorder, game console, and so on. There are input jacks for composite video and analog audio. Y PURE AUDIO button and indicator (55) On models other than the North American model, selects the Pure Audio listening mode. The indicator lights up when this mode is selected. Pressing this button again selects the previous listening mode.
