No box appears for speakers that are set to "No" or "None". The following abbreviations indicate which audio channels are included in the current input signal. FL: Front left C: Center FR: Front right SL: Surround left LFE: Subwoofer (Low Frequency Effects) SR: Surround right SBL: Surround back left SB: Surround back SBR: Surround back right C ZONE 2 indicator (99) Lights up when Powered Zone 2 is being used. D Listening mode and format indicators (62) Show the selected listening mode and audio input signal format. E Tuning indicators (TX-SR706 only) (57) RDS (not North American model) (59): Lights up when tuned to a radio station that supports RDS (Radio Data System). Indicate the speaker configuration and channels
used by the current input source.

A box is displayed for each speaker that’s set in the
Speaker Configuration. No box appears for speakers
that are set to “No” or “None”.
The following abbreviations indicate which audio

ZONE 2 indicator (99)
Lights up when Powered Zone 2 is being used.

Listening mode and format indicators (62)
Show the selected listening mode and audio input
signal format.

RDS (not North American model) (59):
Lights up when tuned to a radio station that supports
RDS (Radio Data System).
