Turning On the AV Receiver/AV Amplifier STANDBY/ON STANDBY indicator ON/STANDBY RECEIVER Turning On and Standby AV receiver/ AV amplifier Remote controller or Press the [ON/STANDBY] button. Alternatively, press the remote controller's [RECEIVER] button, followed by the [ON/STANDBY] button. The AV receiver/AV amplifier comes on, the display lights up, and the STANDBY indicator goes off. To turn the AV receiver/AV amplifier off, press the [ON/STANDBY] button, or press the remote controller's [ON/STANDBY] button. The AV receiver/AV amplifier will enter Standby mode. To prevent any loud surprises when you turn on the AV receiver/AV amplifier, always turn down the volume before you turn it off. These settings only need to be made once. ■ Do the automatic speaker setup-this is essential! Turning On the AV Receiver/AV Amplifier

Turning On and Standby
Press the [ON/STANDBY] button.
Alternatively, press the remote controller’s [RECEIVER] button, followed
by the [ON/STANDBY] button.
The AV receiver/AV amplifier comes on, the display lights up, and the STANDBY
indicator goes off.
To turn the AV receiver/AV amplifier off, press the [ON/STANDBY] button, or press
the remote controller’s [ON/STANDBY] button. The AV receiver/AV amplifier will
enter Standby mode. To prevent any loud surprises when you turn on the AV
receiver/AV amplifier, always turn down the volume before you turn it off.
