Mo d e THEATER • El Using preset stations Since ten FM or AM stations can be stored in each group (A. B or C), a total of 3,0 stations can be stored in the memory,. Programming radio station 1. Select the frequency that you want to store in the memory. (See page 24 Tuning the radio) 2. Press the MEMORY button. • The MEMORY indicator will light for 8 seconds. 3. While the MEMORY indicator is lighting, press the GROUP button to choose the desired group. • The group shown on the display changes in the following order each time the button is pressed: A B -s C 4. Select the desired memory number using the number but- tons. • Press button 0/10 when choosing memory number 10. NOTE: If the FM station received is an RDS station with a PS (Program Service Name), the frequency display will change to the PS display. If there is no PS. the frequency display will not change (TXSV727R) (Refer to page 26 - 28 for the RDS function) Selecting preset stations Main unit 1. Press the GROUP button to select the desired group. a. Input the memory number you wish to receive by using the number buttons. b. Press the SCAN (or PRESET SCAN) button. Each station stored in the class chosen in step 1 will be received for 5 seconds (for each station). When the station that you want is found, press the SCAN (or PRESET SCAN) button again and scanning will stop. Remote control 1. Press the GROUP button and choose the group. 2. Press the PRESET ( A or • ) button. After the last number of GROUP C is reached, scanning will restart at GROUP A. On screen I . Press the ENTER/ESCAPE button and the MENU screen is displayed. Move the cursor to Input Selector and press the ENTER/ ESCAPE button. 2. Move the cursor to Sound and press the or 0- CURSOR button to select Tuner. Select the desired channel using the Group and Preset buttons. Group Indicates the current group of the TUNER preset memory (A to C). Pressing the 1 and 0 CURSOR buttons will change the group. When the group is changed, the number shown below the new class will indicate the last channel that was selected for that group. If there are no channels set on that group at all, that group will be skipped entirely. Preset Indicates the channel preset for the selected group of the TUNER. Pressing the t CURSOR button will change the channel downward, and pressing the 0 CURSOR button will change the channel upward. NOTE: If no preset channels are set in any group. the group and preset indications will not change, as there are no presets to select. MEMORY FM MUTEMODE 0 - CLEAR -I IIIMMINIM MI M. Cancelling preset stations 1. Select the station that you want to cancel as explained in the previous section. 2. Press the FM MUTE/MODE button while holding down the MEMORY Button. will be shown on the MEMORY channel display. 25
