Connection for Multiple-Room Remote Control U.S.A. and Canadian models (Xantech Multiple-Room systems) Do not plug in the power cord until all connections have been made. When making connections (f) through ('), be sure to connect the units as shown in the connection diagram below. Do not make a mistake when connecting the units. A. Operating components displaying Onkyo's RI mark from the sub-room Components mounted in a rack should be connected as shown below to enable remote control operation. MAIN ROOM 1. Onkyo components (a) Speaker (Main room) TX-SV828THX Speaker (Main room) 4. Connectingj- Remote block < control _ SUB ROOM 5. Dinky Link or J-Box Receiver 1. Set up the components (a) displaying Onkyo's R I mark. 2. Connect TX-SV828THX to the power amplifier. ( ) 3. Connect the speaker B cables to the speaker terminal on the power amplifier. 4. Install Connecting Block 789-40 in the main room, then connect it to the TXSV828THX. (4)) Pnvx=r supply 2. Power amplifier 3. Speaker (Sub room) 3. Speaker N (Sub room) (Connect Power Supply 781C-00 to the Connecting Block.) 5. Install Xantech's J-Box Receiver 78010 or Dinky Link 480B-00 in the subroom, then connect it to the Connecting Block in the main room. GO B.
