Programming Special programming Night mode Night mode allows you to select a period of time during which the unit will not ring for outside calls. This feature is useful for time periods when you do not want to be disturbed, for example, while sleeping. Night mode can be set independently for each base unit and handset. Important: R Set the date and time beforehand (page 13). R If you have set the alarm, the alarm sounds even if the night mode is turned on. Setting the start and end time Base unit / Handset 1 MMENUN#237 2 Enter the desired hour and minute you wish to start this feature. 3 *: Select "AM" or "PM". a MOKN 4 Enter the desired hour and minute you wish to end this feature. 5 *: Select "AM" or "PM". a MOKN 6 Proceed with the operation for your unit. Base unit: MnN (EXIT) Handset: MOFFN Turning night mode on/off Base unit / Handset 1 MMENUN#238 2 MbN: Select the desired setting. a MSAVEN 3 Proceed with the operation for your unit. Base unit: MnN (EXIT) Handset: MOFFN R When the night mode is set, is displayed. Alarm An alarm sounds at the set time for 3 minutes once or daily. Alarm can be set for each handset. Important: R Set the date and time beforehand (page 13). Handset 1 MMENUN#720 2 MbN: Select the desired alarm option. a MSELECTN Off Once Daily Turns alarm off. Go to step 7. An alarm sounds once at the set time. An alarm sounds daily at the set time. Note: R To stop the alarm, press MOFFN or place the handset on the charger. R When the handset is in use, the alarm will not sound until the handset is in standby mode. Special programming
Night mode
Night mode allows you to select a period of time
during which the unit will not ring for outside calls.
This feature is useful for time periods when you do
not want to be disturbed, for example, while
sleeping. Night mode can be set independently for
each base unit and handset.
Important:
