Taking Pictures Manual Focus In z mode, press the four-way controller (23) to enlarge the central portion of the screen to full screen on the LCD monitor. Use the four-way controller to adjust the focus while watching the image on the monitor. The current focus position is displayed on the left of the LCD monitor. For distant focus For closer focus After the focus is set, press any buttons except the four-way controller 4 (23) or remove your finger from the four-way controller.
