Turning the Camera On and Off 1 Lens cover/power switch Power indicator Getting Started 1 Open the lens cover. The camera turns on and the power indicator turns on. If the Initial Setting screen appears when you turn the camera on, follow the procedure on p.34 to set the display language and/or current date and time. 2 Close the lens cover.
