110 INAPPROPRIATE LENS WARNING WHEN THE BUILT-IN FLASH IS USED 1 When using an inappropriate F or FA lens, will blink rapidly in the viewfinder and on the LCD panel when the shutter release button is pressed halfway down. ✍ MEMO • See page 114 for more details on compatibility of F, FA and FA J lenses with the built-in flash. • Taking a picture while this warning is appeared may cause vignetting in the picture corners or semi-circular vignetting at the bottom of the picture. • If any lens other than F, FA and FA J is attached, this warning function does not work. • Note that the auto pop up function works even if this warning appears on the LCD panel.
