(VSX-D608) (Refer to "Switching the DO /DTS mode" on page 32.) 4 Start playback of the component you selected in step 1. 5 Press VOL (+/-) to adjust the volume level. 1 3 memo El 0 0 • When an LD or CD player compatible with DTS is played back with SIGNAL SELECT set in "ANALOG", digital noise is output caused by playing back the DTS directly (no decoding). To prevent noise, you need to make digital connections (Refer to pages 20, 21) and set SIGNAL SELECT to "DIGITAL". 2 5 omem When playing LD recorded in Dolby Digital When connecting a DVD/LD player or LD player using the AC-3 RF output, a commercially available RF demodulator (RFD-1) is required. The RF demodulator changes the RF signal to a digital signal which is then processed by the receiver at the digital input jacks. player
compatible

DTS
is
played
back
with
SIGNAL
SELECT
set

digital
noise

output
caused

playing
back
the
DTS

prevent
noise,
you
need
to
make
digital

and
set
SIGNAL

"DIGITAL".

Digital

a
commercially
available

The
RF
