Recording from Audio Components The following operations show you how to record audio to the cassette, DAT, or MD deck connected to the MD/TAPE 1 or TAPE 2 MONITOR jacks. memo The receiver's volume, balance, tone (BASS, TREBLE, and LOUDNESS), and surround effects have no effect on the recorded signal. RECEIVER 1 Select the component you want to record. Press SIG. SELECT on the remote or SIGNAL SELECT on the front panel to select "ANALOG" when making analog recordings, or "DIGITAL" when making digital recordings.
