Step 9: When you are finished encrypting files, close the Encryption folder. Note: Your encrypted files and folders will not be completely secure unless you delete the original, unencrypted versions from your computer. Managing an Encryption Folder You can change your encryption password, delete your encrypted folder, or move files and folders from your Encryption folder to another location on your computer. Changing Your Encryption Password To change your Encryption password, Step 1: Click My Drives in the Command panel. Step 2: Select your drive. Step 3: Click Security in the Command panel. The Security window opens. Step 4: Click Encryption. The Manage Encryption window opens. Step 5: Click Change Password. The first of two Change Password windows opens.
