Menu Items ADVANCED QUICK SHOOT ADVANCED(HIGH), ADVANCED(LOW Using interpolation, this shows video that is normally shown at 60 frames/sec at 120 frames/sec for a smoother picture. However, this may distort the picture of some videos. In this case, set to STANDARD or OFF. STANDARD This makes scenes with fast action clearer and easier to view. ACTIVE CONTRAST Automatically adjusts the contrast according to the image. The adjustment operation may not be smooth depending on the image. In this case select OFF. RESOLUTION Adjusts the fineness of the image. MULTI PIXEL DRIVE Adjusts the gradation to widen the angle of view. PIXEL DIMMING Adjusts the contrast of the video. FILM MODE Adjusts so the input signal is video at 24 frames per second. ADVANCED(HIGH), ADVANCED(LOW Play at high-quality for smooth video movement. STANDARD Play video with each frame shown an equal amount of time. DIGITAL NR Reduces block noise caused by digital compression. MONOCHROME Sets the video to black & white. RESET Resets the values of current picture mode items in PICTURE menu to the factory preset values. nAUDIO TREBLE Adjusts the volume of treble-level sound. BASS Adjusts the volume of bass-level sound. BALANCE Adjusts the balance of the audio sound between right and left. BAND EXTENSION Adjusts so that low range and extended range audio from the speakers can be easily heard. RESET Resets the values of the AUDIO menu items to the factory preset values. E 26
