Basic Operations Recording with the Self-Timer The Self-Timer allows you a time-lag of 10 seconds for Still Recordings. Rotate the lens body 180° so the LCD monitor faces the same direction as the lens, and you can always see the Timer indicator. Precaution: • When using the Self-Timer, fix the Digital Recorder on a tripod, etc. to place it horizontally. 1 Set the Still Recording mode (see page 26), then press the MENU button to display .
