Camera Recording Using the WIDE ANGLE The WIDE ANGLE delivers wide-angle pictures easily. Set the WIDE ANGLE switch in the direction of the arrow. \, • I eg, WIDE ANGLE rt'IllIAM it + • Note on using the WIDE ANGLE • When you use the WIDE ANGLE, the power zoom button does not function. • When you use the WIDE ANGLE, zooming is automatically set to the maximum wide-angle setting. The power zoom indicator stays at the end of the "W" side. • The frame of the picture through the WIDE ANGLE changes NI and the picture has slightly lower quality. • When you use the WIDE ANGLE in the following types of situations, the camera will focus not on the subject but on the light source. In this event, orient the camera so that light does not enter the frame directly. - When shooting into the light - When shooting a subject that gives off a large amount of light • If there is dust between the regular lens and the WIDE ANGLE, the subjects may become out of focus.
