Check the items under "Troubleshooting," and inspect this product. 2. Disconnect the power source, attach the power source again after about 1 minute, and turn this product on. 3. Perform [Initialize]. If you select [Initialize], all settings, including the clock setting, are reset. 4. Contact your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility. Note You may need to initialize or change the current internal memory (HDRPJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) of this product depending on the problem. If you do so, the data stored on the internal memory (HDRPJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) will be deleted. Be sure to save the data on the internal memory (HDR-PJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) on other media (backup) before sending this product for repair. We will not compensate you for any loss of internal memory (HDR-PJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) data. During repair, we may check a minimum amount of data stored on the internal memory (HDR-PJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) in order to investigate the problem. If you run into any problems using this product, follow the steps below.
1. Check the items under “Troubleshooting,” and inspect this product.
2. Disconnect the power source, attach the power source again after about 1 minute,
and turn this product on.
3. Perform [Initialize].
If you select [Initialize], all settings, including the clock setting, are reset.
4. Contact your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.

PJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) of this product depending on the problem.
If you do so, the data stored on the internal memory (HDR-
PJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) will be deleted. Be sure to save the data on the
internal memory (HDR-PJ340/PJ340E/PJ350/PJ350E) on other media (backup)
