Press to change the VHF/UHF output of the VCR. Press once to display the current channel number and current time and channel label (if set). Press again to turn Display off. Press to display the DVD Menu. Press to display the DVD Title. Press to reset the settings to the factory defaults. See pages 62 and 64. Also used to clear Favorite Channels (see page 49). The indicator lights up momentarily when pressed to show which equipment the remote control is operating: VCR/DVD: Press to have the remote control operate the VCR or DVD player. SAT/CABLE: Press to have the remote control operate the satellite receiver or cable box. TV: Press to have the remote control operate the TV. Press to turn off all Sony brand audio/video equipment at once. (May not function with older Sony equipment.) Press to display the program guide of your satellite program provider. m Rewind N Play z Record (press together with N) x Stop M Fast forward X Pause Press to display the DVD setup menu. Press repeatedly until the TV displays the time in minutes (15, 30, 45, 60, or 90) that you want the TV to remain on before shutting off automatically. To cancel press until Sleep Off appears. While the Sleep feature is set, press once to display the remaining time. Press repeatedly to cycle through the available video picture modes: Vivid, Standard, Movie, Pro. Inside Panel
To access the inside panel, open the outside cover as shown.

TV/VIDEO
Press repeatedly to cycle through the video equipment
connected to the TV

TV/VCR
Press to change the VHF/UHF output of the VCR.

DISPLAY
Press once to display the current channel number and
current time and channel label (if set). Press again to
turn Display off.

DISC MENU
Press to display the DVD Menu.

DVD TITLE
Press to display the DVD Title.

RESET
Press to reset the settings to the factory defaults. See
pages 62 and 64. Also used to clear Favorite Channels

Buttons
The indicator lights up momentarily when pressed to
show which equipment the remote control is operating:
VCR/DVD:
Press to have the remote control operate the
VCR or DVD player.
SAT/CABLE:
Press to have the remote control operate the
satellite receiver or cable box.
TV:
Press to have the remote control operate the TV.

Press to turn off all Sony brand audio/video equipment
at once. (May not function with older Sony equipment.)
