An error message appears when you set the supplied CD-ROM in your computer. • The computer display is not set correctly. p Set the computer display as follows: Windows: 800 × 600 dots or more High Color (16 bits, 65,000 colors) or more Macintosh: 800 × 600 dots or more 32,000-color or more Disc Symptom You cannot record on a disc. Cause • The disc is full. • The disc is not initialized. • The disc is not placed correctly. Solution p Replace it with a new one. Format the disc when using a CDRW. p Initialize the disc (page 19). p Place the disc correctly in the disc tray (page 18). 94
