Basic Operations Listening to music with your Network Walkman Charge the built-in rechargeable battery before use (page 12) and transfer audio files to your Network Walkman. Notes • When using Network Walkman, be sure to disconnect it from the computer. • For information on FM tuner operations, see "FM Tuner" (NW-E303/E305/E307 only) (page 45). 1 Connect the headphones. To use the extension headphone cord (Asian model only) Connect until it clicks into place. to headphone jack 2 Start playback. 1 Press the center of the 5 Direction JOG (Nx). to headphone jack Extension headphone cord If playback does not start Make sure that the Slide Cover is not set to HOLD (page 30). 2 Press i (VOL) to turn up the volume/press I (VOL) to turn down the volume. If repeat mode (page 22) is not set, playback stops automatically after the last track is played. To stop playback Press the center of the 5 Direction JOG (Nx).
