4 Remove the four air filter cartridges (two in each air filter unit) from the air filter units and clean the air filter with a vacuum cleaner. When attaching the air filter cartridge to the cartridge holder, push the air filter cartridge in fully until the tabs of the cartridge holder click (4 points each air filter cartridge, a total of 8 points). The top and bottom of the air filter unit have different shapes, as illustrated below. Be careful of orientation when installing them. Cleaning the Air Filter

Remove the four air filter cartridges
(two in each air filter unit) from the air
filter units and clean the air filter with
a vacuum cleaner.
When attaching the air filter cartridge to
the cartridge holder, push the air filter
cartridge in fully until the tabs of the
cartridge holder click (4 points each air
filter cartridge, a total of 8 points).
The two air filter units are installed in the
right and left positions.

Return the air filter units to the
projector.
The top and bottom of the air filter unit
have different shapes, as illustrated
below. Be careful of orientation when
installing them.
Slide the air filter unit in fully until the
tabs on the projector click to hold it in
place (2 points each air filter unit, a total
of 4 points).

Close the air filter cover.
Be sure to attach the air filter unit firmly; the
power cannot be turned on if it is not closed
securely.
