Always thoroughly shake the mixture in the can before fueling your machine. In order to reduce the risk of burns or other personal injury from escaping gas vapor and fumes, remove the fuel filler cap carefully so as to allow any pressure build-up in the tank to release slowly.. After fueling, tighten down the filler cap by hand as securely as possible. Change the fuel pickup body every year. Before storing your machine for a long period, drain and clean the fuel tank. Run the engine until the carburetor is dry. : Put on the full harness (1). : Adjust length until the spring hook (2) is about a hand's width below your right hip. Over-long straps can be cut to length after making the adjustments. : Attach the spring hook to the machine's perforated strip (3).
