Switching on the appliance for the first time When the dishwasher is switched on for the first time, you are taken directly to the settings for switching on the appliance for the first time. The following text is indicated on the display window at the top @: Scroll with < > Set with + Leave with setup 3 sec. The required settings for switching on the appliance for the first time are listed in the table below. Change the setting as follows: 1. Keep pressing button > ` until the required setting is displayed. 2. Make the selection with setting buttons + - X. 3. Press and hold the Info button (8 for 3 seconds. The selected setting has now been stored. 1. Open the rinse aid dispenser 92 by pressing on the latch of the lid and pulling it open.	16
2. Add liquid rinse aid to the dispenser 92 until it is full. Do not overfill. Avoid spilling into air vent hole.	16
3. Close the lid. Lid must be fully closed until it clicks in order to seal.	16
4. Wipe up any excess rinse aid that may have puddled when the dispenser reservoir is full.	16

2. Press the Star Speed® button. The dishwasher should be empty and without detergent for the preheating period.	33
3. Press the Start button )* and close the door to begin preheating. The Time Remaining PowerBeam® will project an image of a thermometer alternating with the time remaining for preheat. Once the time reamining counts down to 0:00, the Time Remainin...	33
4. Open the door to begin loading dishes for the first Star Speed® wash. (Load dishes within an hour once the preheating is finished).	33
5. Add detergent (use powder or liquid detergent – do not use tablets in this cycle), press Start button )* and close the door within 4 seconds.	33
6. The Time Remaining PowerBeam® will now show the time remaining.	33
7. When the cycle is done, the Time Remaining PowerBeam® will turn off.	33
8. The next Star Speed® cycles can run without any preheating (maximum of 60 minutes in between cycles).	33

1. After each wash cycle check the filters for residue.	35
2. Unscrew the Large Object Trap as illustrated and remove the entire filter system.	35
3. Remove the microfilter from the fine filter for easier cleaning.	35
4. Rinse the filters under running water and use a soft brush to clean.	35

5. Reinstall the filter system in reverse sequence and lock into place by screwing the Large Object Trap until the marking arrows align.	35

5. Using a spoon, pry off the pump cover (as shown) until it clicks, then grip the cover and pull upward until it resists and then pull forward (1). Remove cover completely.	36
