▯ When the interior lighting is switched off, the settings for emotionLight™ 1 to emotionLight™ 3 cannot be selected. Time Remaining Power Beam® (Optical display while the wash cycle is running) While wash cycle is running, an optical display (time remaining alternating with cycle indicator images) is projected onto the floor under the appliance door. You can set the Time Remaining Power Beam® on or off. All time remaining displays Pre-wash Cleaning Wash cycle end The wash cycle has ended when "Finished" is indicated on the digital display(s). Switching off the appliance Short time after the end of the wash cycle: 1. Press On/Off button (. 2. Remove the dishes when they have cooled down. 9 WARNING RISK OF INJURY To avoid risk of injury, always use caution when opening the door during or following a wash cycle as hot water or steam may escape. Do not fully open the door until water noises have stopped and steam has subsided. Interrupting the wash cycle Rinsing Drying Using the Star Speed® cycle 1. Open the door and press the ON/OFF button ( 2. Press the Star Speed® button. The dishwasher should be empty and without detergent for the preheating period. 3. The Time Remaining PowerBeam® will now show the time remaining. 7. When the cycle is done, the Time Remaining PowerBeam® will turn off. 8. The next Star Speed® cycles can run without any preheating (maximum of 60 minutes in between cycles). 9 CAUTION Expansion (overpressure) may cause the appliance door to open and/or water to escape! If the door was opened on an appliance which has a hot water connection or is heated, always leave the door ajar for several minutes and then close. 1. Open the door. 2. Switch off On/Off switch (.
