Auto power off This setting determines the length of time the control panel stays illuminated after the cycle is complete. To save energy, the recommended setting is "after one minute". Possible settings are: ▯ off: The appliance does not switch off automatically. ▯ After one minute: The appliance switches off after 1 minute. This is the most energy efficient setting. ▯ After two hours: The appliance switches off after 2 hours. Tone volume The end of the wash cycle is indicated by a buzzer. You can also change this setting. Button volume When you are operating the dishwasher, a signal sounds whenever a button is pressed. You can control the volume of the signal. If you do not like the button volume, you can switch it off. Greeting When you switch on the dishwasher, the brand logo appears. You can switch off the brand logo. Factory setting You can reset all settings to the factory setting. Switching the appliance on 1. Turn the water supply on fully. 2. Open the door. 3. Switch on On/Off switch (. Star Glow (emotionLight Pro™) * emotionLight™ 1" is the interior lighting for your dishwasher. You can switch the interior lighting on or off. Once you have switched on emotionLight™, you can select other settings. Possible settings are: ▯ emotionLight™ is on when the door is open and off when the door is closed. ▯ emotionLight™ 1 (brightness setting for interior lighting): In the setting emotionLight™ 1 you can adjust the brightness of the interior lighting in 4 levels. ▯ emotionLight™ 2 (color setting of interior lighting): In the setting emotionLight™ 2 you can select a color for the interior lighting. With the Home Connect™ app, you can create a custom color. ▯ emotionLight™ 3 (visual signaling of faults): In the setting emotionLight™ 3 you can switch the visual indication of a fault on or off. If you have switched on emotionLight™ 3 and a fault occurs on your dishwasher, the interior lighting will flash. Notes ▯ Note that the interior lighting is automatically switched off after 1 hour when it is switched on and the door is open. 32
