Control Panel You can set your appliance's various functions with the control knobs and on the control panel using the full touch color display. Rotary Selectors Turn the function selector to the left or right to select the desired heating mode. Use the temperature selector to set the temperature for conventional cooking modes. Touch Buttons There are sensors under the touch buttons. Press on the words of the touch buttons to select a function. The available functions are indicated by a light above the respective touch button. Depending on the operation you are running, the number of available functions can change. The feature that is active will be illuminated in blue. Calibrating the Appliance and Cleaning the Oven Cavity	15
Preparing the Appliance for Calibration	15
1. Remove the accessories from the oven cavity.	15
2. Remove any remaining packaging, such as polystyrene pellets, from the oven cavity.	15
3. Before calibrating the appliance, wipe the smooth surfaces in the oven cavity with a soft, wet cloth.	15

1. Fill the water tank.	15
2. The oven will calibrate automatically after running a Steam heating mode at 212° F (100 °C) for 30 minutes. Set the heating mode, temperature and duration for the calibration. After a few seconds the appliance starts operating.	15
3. After calibration, allow the appliance to cool down.	15
4. Dry the oven cavity bottom floor.	15
5. Set Bake to 475° F (245°C).	15
6. Keep the kitchen ventilated while the appliance is heating.	15
7. Stop the appliance operation after the indicated duration. Turn the temperature and the function selector to OFF to switch off the appliance.	15
8. Wait until the oven cavity has cooled down.	15
9. Clean the smooth surfaces with soapy water and a dish cloth.	16
