English Ⅵ Connecting an external sound processor, decoder, amplifier, etc. to this unit This unit is equipped with additional 6-channel audio signal input terminals (for left main, right main, center, left rear surround, right rear surround and subwoofer channels) available for inputting signals from your existing amplifier, sound processor, decoder, etc. to this unit. To listen to a sound by reproducing signals input to these terminals, press the TAPE 2 MON/EXT. DECODER button on the front panel once or more so that "EXT. DECODER IN" appears on the display. By doing so, the signals input to these terminals are sent to the corresponding SPEAKERS terminals and OUTPUT terminals of this unit. Note When signals input to these terminals are selected, the digital sound field processor cannot be used.
