Basic TV Setup and Operation Memorizing Channels with Manual Program Using Memory/Erase button MANUAL PROGRAM the TV using the convenient memory/erase button on the remote control. 1. Use the D / E or NUMBER buttons to select the channel number you want to memorize or erase. 2. Press the memory/erase button. The on screen display appears as shown right. 3. Use the memory/erase button to select Memory or Erase. 4. Press the enter (A) button to remove menu. Using the Manual Program Menu 1. Press the menu button and then use D / E button to select the menu shown to the right. 2. Press the G and then use D / E button to select Manual program. 3. Press the G button to enter the Manual program mode. 4. Use the F /G to select Memory or Erase. 5. Use the E button to select Channel. 6. Use the F / G or NUMBER buttons to select the channel number you want to memorize or erase. 7. Use the E button to select Name.You can make a channel name. 8. Use the F /G button to select a word position and then D/ E button to enter blank, number 0 to 9 and the alphabet A to Z. 9. To turn off the sound, press the mute button. The word Mute is displayed (it's not displayed in the Caption mode). Using Mute is convenient if you need to answer telephone calls. Mute To restore the muted sound, press the mute button again or vol F / G button. 10
