10-32 Vehicle Care Instrument Panel Fuse Block Open the fuse panel door by pulling out at the top. The instrument panel fuse block is on the underside of the driver side instrument panel. Remove the fuse panel door diagonally. Notice: Spilling liquid on any electrical component on the vehicle may damage it. Always keep the covers on any electrical component.
