178 UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE Vehicle Information Center (EVIC)/Personal Settings (Customer-Programmable Features)" in "Understanding Your Instrument Panel" for further information. ELECTRICAL POWER OUTLETS There is a standard 12 Volt (13 Amp) power outlet located in the instrument panel for added convenience. This power outlet can power cellular phones, electronics and other low power devices. 12 Volt Power Outlet Power is available when the ignition switch is in the ON or ACC position. Insert the cigar lighter or accessory plug into the outlet for use. To preserve the heating element, do not hold the lighter in the heating position. NOTE: To ensure proper operation, a MOPAR௡ knob and element must be used.
