lock again, the horn will chirp and the external lamps will flash. If a door or the liftgate is open or ajar, the horn will give two short chirps warning you that a door or the liftgate is open. Remote entry personal alarm If you wish to activate the remote entry system personal alarm, press the PANIC button. This will honk the horn and flash the lights for approximately 2 minutes 45 seconds. You can turn it off by pressing the PANIC button again from the transmitter or by turning the ignition to the ON or ACCESSORY position. When you use the remote entry UNLOCK or PANIC buttons, the illuminated entry system turns on the vehicle's interior lights for 25 seconds.
