Console Your vehicle may have a full console. The full console has the following features: Features of the full console The release for opening the utility compartment is on the front of the console, just below the armrest. Press and release at the ridges, near the driver's seat, to open. The lid is spring-loaded and will open automatically. If your vehicle is equipped with a cellular phone, press the latch release located on the driver's-side edge of the lid to access the phone. 156
