Attaching Sound Memos to Images In playback mode (including single image playback, index playback, and magnifying playback), you can attach sound memos (up to 60 seconds) to an image. The sound data is saved in WAVE format. 1 In the (Play) menu, select and press the SET button. See Selecting Menus and Settings (p. 43). 2 Use the or button to select an image and press the SET button. The sound memo control panel will display. Sound Memo Panel 3 Use the or button to select (Record) and press the SET button. • The recording starts and the elapsed time is displayed. Speak towards the microphone of the camera. • Press the SET button again to stop recording. To resume recording, press the SET button again. • Up to 60 seconds of recordings may be added to any one image. • To return to the previous screen, select (Exit) and press the SET button. Attaching Sound Memos to Images
In playback mode (including single image playback, index playback, and
magnifying playback), you can attach sound memos (up to 60 seconds) to
an image. The sound data is saved in WAVE format.
Exiting the Sound Memos
Press the
MENU
button.
