Editing Example 2: Create an IP Address and MAC Address Compatibility Table Create a compatibility table for the camera MAC address and assignable IPv4 address Note The [SubnetMask], [DefaultGateway] and [CameraName] can be assigned along with the [IPv4Address] as needed.  Loading an Edited Camera Specification File Perform the following operation in the [Camera Search Settings] dialog box. 1 Select [Assign an IP address in the specified range.] and click [Specify Range]. The [IPv4 Address Assignment Settings] dialog box appears. 2 Select [Specify File] and specify the location and file name of the camera specification file. Enter the folder in which the camera specification file is saved and the file name in the input field. Alternatively, click [Browse] and specify the camera specification file in the dialog box that appears. 3 Click [OK]. 4 Detect the camera. (P. 16) Note When you have assigned a fixed address, the IP address will be set using the camera specification file even if there is another camera on the network with the same address. Take care that IP addresses are not duplicated. 38

Loading an Edited Camera Specification File
Perform the following operation in the [Camera Search Settings] dialog box.
The [IPv4 Address Assignment Settings] dialog box appears.

click [Browse] and specify the camera specification file in the dialog box that appears.
Note

Create a compatibility table for the camera MAC address and assignable IPv4 address
