5 To restore the cameras to the default settings when updating the firmware, select [Restore] for [Initial Settings]. Conversely, if the actual total firmware update time is shorter than the time specified here, you can close the screen and perform other operations immediately after the update process is complete. 7 Click [Start]. Updating of the firmware begins. During update, a progress bar appears in the [Message] field. When update has finished a message indicating the updated status appears.
