When clerk 1 signs back on (after being interrupt by clerk 2), the cancel operation cancels only the items registered after signing back on (only this receipt) or from the top of the transaction. This is selectable by the key program. Single item cash sales A department key or PLU programmed with single item sale status finalizes the transaction as soon as it is registered. The single item sales function cannot work properly if the keyboard does not include (the cash key). The single item sales function can only be used for cash sales.
