The bridge priority value is combined with the system ID extension (the ID of the MISTP instance) to create the bridge ID priority. You can set 16 possible bridge priority values: 0, 4096, 8192, 12288, 16384, 20480, 24576, 28672, 32768, 36864, 40960, 45056, 49152, 53248, 57344, and 61440. To configure the bridge ID priority for a MISTP instance, perform this task in privileged mode: Step 1 Step 2 Task Configure the bridge ID priority for a MISTP instance. Verify the bridge ID priority.
