Router Discovery Protocol Command Description Mode* ip irdp Enables Router Discovery on an interface. IC ip irdp address Configures the address that the interface uses IC to send the router discovery advertisements. ip irdp holdtime Configures the value, in seconds, of the IC holdtime field of the router advertisement sent from this interface. ip irdp maxadvertinterval Configures the maximum time, in seconds, IC allowed between sending router advertisements from the interface. ip irdp minadvertinterval Configures the minimum time, in seconds, IC allowed between sending router advertisements from the interface. ip irdp preference Configures the preference of the address as a IC default router address relative to other router addresses on the same subnet. show ip irdp Displays the router discovery information for all PE interfaces, or for a specified interface. NOTE: *For the meaning of each Mode abbreviation, see "Mode Types" on page 60. Routing Information Protocol Command auto-summary default-information originate default-metric distance rip distribute-list out Description Enables the RIP auto-summarization mode. Controls the advertisement of default routes. Mode* RIP RIP Sets a default for the metric of distributed RIP routes. Sets the route preference value of RIP in the RIP router. Specifies the access list to filter routes received RIP from the source protocol. 112 Command Groups
