Related references Projector Light Status Cleaning the Air Filter You need to clean the projector's air filter in the following situations: • The filter or vents get dusty. • You see a message telling you to clean it. • The projector's Filter light is orange or flashes orange. Note: It is recommended that you clean the air filter every 20,000 hours. Clean it more often if the projector is in a dusty environment. You can clean the air filter while the projector is mounted to the ceiling or placed upside-down on a table. 1. Turn off the projector, wait for the projector to beep, and unplug the power cord. 2. Loosen the screws and remove the air filter cover as shown (it is attached with a tether). 255
