Replace the batteries as soon as they run out. Caution: Use only the type of batteries specified in this manual. Do not install batteries of different types, or mix new and old batteries. 1. Remove the battery cover as shown. 2. Remove the old batteries. Warning: If the battery fluid has leaked, wipe it away with a soft cloth and avoid getting the fluid on your hands. If it gets on your hands, wash them immediately to avoid injury. 262
