To move the thumb tack to the new location (Bistro), touch the check mark at the top right of the Map page. The on-screen pointer (blue thumb tack) will appear at the new location. In our example below, then, the Bistro becomes the current point. Reference Measuring Distances You can measure distances from the Bistro to other locations: The Measure Distance feature provides general information and measures distances in a straight line. It is best used if you are in an area where no roads are available. To stop measuring points, press the MENU key and then select the Stop Measuring icon. Or, simply touch the white arrow in the top left side of the Map page. 37
