Identifying your model Gateway serial number You can locate the Gateway serial number: ■ Printed on a white sticker on the bottom or back of your convertible tablet PC. ■ Printed on the customer invoice that came with your convertible tablet PC. The invoice also contains your customer ID number. Internal wireless label A label similar to the following indicates your convertible tablet PC contains a wireless communications device. The label is affixed to the main system label. Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity The Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity label found on the bottom of your convertible tablet PC includes the product key code for your operating system. www.gateway.com 11
