Secondary transfer roller CAUTION: Do not touch the spongy roller surface unless you are replacing the roller. Skin oils on the roller can cause image quality problems. 1. Open the right-door assembly. 2. Grasp one of the blue features (callout 1) on either end of the transfer roller, and then lift the transfer roller (callout 2) off of the product.
