SCSI Backplane
To remove the component:
1.
Power down the server ("Powering Down the Server" on page 14).
2.
Extend or remove the server from the rack ("Extending the Server from the
Rack" on page 15, "Removing the Server from the Rack" on page 16).
3.
Remove the access panel ("Removing the Access Panel" on page 17).
4.
Remove all hot-plug SCSI hard drives ("Hot-Plug SCSI Hard Drive" on page
17).
5.
Remove the tape drive, if installed ("Universal Hot-Plug Tape Drive" on
page 22).
6.
Disconnect cables connected to the SCSI backplane.
